Relaxing journeys to reconnect with self

Floatation therapy combined with passive stretching, and massage bringing you somatic healing and profound recharge.

Somatic Healing in fluid gravity

Unlike floor or table massage, aquatic therapy takes place in warm healing waters to fully relax the body, allowing fatigued and irritated injuries to release and reset gradually. Instead of blunt force adjustments we use passive stretching, massage and spinal undulation to reset fascia and restore alignment to your way of being.

Passive stretching with Thai & Swedish massage

Unbound by gravity your body levitates in warm water inviting more spaciousness and relaxation to frayed nerve endings. This unprecedented access to numerous ranges of motion invites ease, comfort and security allowing you to drop in fully to a place of contemplation, letting go and healing

Range of motion and full body undulation

As we alternate between contraction and expansion while tractioning the length of the spine thru arms and legs, your body will be able to access peak expressions of flexibility and kinesthetic connection seldom achieved without the assistance of a guiding hand in the gentle countervailing forces of water that will meet you with support at every step.

Embryonic holding to find spaciousness

Hardest to grasp without direct experience is the oddly familiar sensation of being held weightless as we fly thru a liquid reality: exploring our capacity to move in dimensions we wouldn't entertain on land. Quieting the chatter that occupies our thoughts and moving us towards pure instinct. In essence, allowing us to connect to the forces that shapes our inner universe.

What Clients Say

"The pure bliss and relief that accompanies feeling like a ribbon flowing through warm water is otherworldly. Tim is a flow artist. Being in the water with him is to experience being an extension of his flow, his art. He is caring and attentive to the point you eventually drop awareness of his mechanics. Water holds. Embrace heals. The elements continuously draw your attention back into the present moment, suspending and releasing you into surrender. I feel so held, my muscles at ease, tuned into my breath and grateful for this therapeutic, immersive movement."
